The short version, in plain English.
We're a small team. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we collect as little as we can. Here's exactly what happens when you use this site.
What we collect
The only information we collect from you is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the project type you select, the budget range you select, and your message. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your submission for one purpose only: to reply to your inquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't share or sell your details with anyone.
How it travels
When you submit the form, your message is delivered to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Once it arrives, it lives in our email inbox like any other email you'd send us directly.
How long we keep it
We don't store form submissions in a separate database. Your message sits in our email inbox for as long as we keep our normal email history — typically a few years. If you'd like us to delete your message and any record of our correspondence, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what we have on file about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Email team@northstackdev.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within a few business days.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is what Next.js requires to function. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page before turning it on.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page. The current version is the one you're reading.
