Privacy. The short version.

// What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the project type and budget range you select, and your message. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No third-party advertising cookies.

// How we use it

One purpose only: to reply to your inquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't share or sell your details with anyone.

// How it travels

Your message is delivered to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Once it arrives, it lives in our email inbox like any other email you'd send us directly.

// How long we keep it

We don't store form submissions in a separate database. Your message sits in our email inbox for as long as we keep our normal email history. If you'd like us to delete your message, just ask.

// Your rights

You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what we have on file about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Email team@northstackdev.com with the subject “Privacy request” and we'll respond within a few business days.

// Cookies

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is what Next.js requires to function. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page first.
